The campaign to establish a Department of Peace and Non-Violence will remain active until the legislation is signed into law.
Become an active member of the campaign working to make non-violence an organizing principle of our society. No one person can do this important work alone. But together we can make a difference.
We are looking for inspired, committed people who have the time, energy and passion to support the campaign here in New Hampshire.
We are looking for volunteers to join our Steering Committee, Speakers Bureau, write to newspapers, and ask questions to presidential hopeful as they traverse the state. There are many other areas that need support as we launch this campaign into the future.
If you are one of these people please contact Barbara Thorngren at bthorngren@peaceworks.us
Thank you.
Never doubt that a small group of committed citizens can change the world.
Indeed, it is the only thing that ever has.
